SHIPPING POLICY

We offer FREE delivery to the UK

Depending on whether your order is pre-order or not will impact the timeline that your order will be despatched. Despatch describes when our third party courier is given your goods, not when your order arrives at your door.

You should receive an email and text from our courier to provide more information regarding the date and time of your delivery.

Small Items

Small items include dining chairs and most office chairs. Small item deliveries will be made with DPD to your doorstep.

We aim to despatch any small items within 24-72 hours.*

Saturday deliveries can be arranged, please get in touch to organise this with us. A surcharge will be placed for Saturday deliveries.

Large Items

For larger items, this includes lounge chairs, sofas and dining tables, the order will be delivered to a ground floor entrance, unless you contact us to arrange an upgraded delivery service.

We aim to despatch any large items within 2-7 working days.*

*If the item is on pre-order we’ll contact you regarding an estimated delivery timeline. Bank holidays and promotional periods may cause delays with your order being despatched.

We may use other couriers to ensure orders are delivered as quickly as possible. These include, but are not exclusive to Parcel Force, Royal Mail and our own delivery team.


DPD

You will receive email notification when despatched, this will include your tracking number for your consignment. Delivery will be made between Monday to Friday 7:00am to 7:00pm. You will receive an email confirmation and text message with an estimated time of delivery from the courier on the morning of your delivery. Saturday deliveries can be arranged, however will incur a surcharge.

Delivery Upgrades

Please contact us to arrange a premium delivery service.
We can offer delivery to upper floors, room of choice service and a white glove delivery service. These services are only available in certain areas and a surcharge will apply.
Room Of Choice Delivery Service
Our Room Of Choice delivery service includes items being delivered to your room of choice.
White Glove Delivery Service
Our White Glove Delivery service includes items being delivered to your room of choice. Items are then assembled and packaging will also be removed.
Depending on deliveries within your area, there could be a 1-2 week lead time for this delivery service.

Collection

If you’d rather arrange a collection yourself, please contact us to advise and we will ensure your order is ready for your arrival. We do all that we can to ensure our customers receive their goods at the earliest opportunity. Where possible your goods will be delivered on a (UK) next-day delivery service, however, we do not offer guaranteed next-day delivery and will not be held responsible for any delays incurred by our courier service. If you have still not received your goods after the times stated please contact us.

International Shipping

At this time we do not offer shipping outside of the UK.

RETURNS POLICY

You may return any order to Pash should it be incorrect or the goods do not meet your approval.

How Returns Work

You will need to notify us by email within seven days of receipt of goods, and return the goods within 14 days to be covered under our returns policy.

Any courier damages or incorrect deliveries should be advised by e-mail, together with a clear digital image of the problem, within three days of receipt of the goods to info@pashliving.com If items are damaged or incorrect we will arrange collection.

If the goods do not meet your approval, we will offer an exchange (or refund if stock is not available).

All returns will be assessed for damage and customer abuse, should we feel that either have been carried out we may either, offer a partial refund, or no refund. We will not accept returns if the item is used, unless found to be faulty. In the event of a fault you must first contact us by phone or e-mail, we may wish to send an agent to assess the fault, for possible repair, before agreeing any return.

Custom orders are exempt from the 14 day return policy. Any custom order cancelled after the product has been manufactured will be subject to a 30% cancellation charge. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Who covers the cost of the return?

The cost of any returns carriage shall be borne by you. All returns should be insured against carrier damage i.e. recorded delivery. You are responsible for the safekeeping of the item until we receive it. All returns must be packaged in their original packaging to avoid any damage.
